Introduction
Welcome to Raw Love. Our purpose is to assist you in attaining your full potential and optimal health whilst participating in nutrition coaching with our Raw Food Certified Nutritional Couch. The Raw Love program is gluten, dairy and sugar free and no animal products are consumed, with the exception of honey.
The Raw Love program is not suitable for the following clients:
Clients recovering from medical surgery or therapy;
Clients under active treatment of chemotherapy, radiation and/or chronic depression.
Clients who currently use prescription medication, and in particular for the treatment of diabetes (insulin), post MI (myocardial infarction), stroke, anticoagulants (Warfarin/Heparin) and anti-platelet medication should enter the Raw Love program under close supervision of their professional health care practitioner.
This website provides you with information about us, our services and facilities and related projects and initiatives. Our advice is not a substitute for medical counselling. It is important to note that each person is unique and we urge you to seek appropriate professional advice before acting on any information contained on this website.
Definitions

User acknowledgement
You agree:
before embarking on the Raw Love nutrition coaching program, to provide us with a full medical report from your health care professional together with their written consent to your participation in the program;
to provide us with full details of all allergies as well as details of all medication you are currently using – bearing in mind that you are to continue with all prescribed medication until such time as your healthcare professional decides otherwise;
to disclose if you are pregnant, in which event written consent for your participation in the program will be required from your gynaecologist;
that recreational drugs, cigarettes and alcohol are strictly prohibited and the presence of these during the Raw Love program will result in the immediate termination of your participation in the program;
that you enter the Raw Love nutrition coaching program entirely at your own risk, especially if you have a nut or seed allergy. All precautions will be taken to substitute seeds and/or nuts with other products, however, these will be used in meal preparation for other participants in the program;
to adhere to our payment terms as published from time to time;
not to use the website to post, upload, email or otherwise transmit any material which infringes the rights of any person or which is unlawful in any respect;
not to cause the website to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or such that the effectiveness or functionality of the website is in any way impaired;
not to attempt any unauthorised access to any part or component of the website;
promote any discriminatory content which might restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by any person;
not to bring (or act in any way which might bring) the website owner into disrepute;
not to use the website to promote or advertise for commercial gain;
to waive all the moral rights that you may have in respect of any message, suggestion or material you may post on the website;
